Diamond Tip Saws

Diamond saws are used for the same type of jobs as the tungsten saws but can cut much harder material including very hard Bluestone, Granite, Marble, Tuff, Concrete etc.

Diamond tips are designed to cut faster, cleaner, quieter and with no dust and segments can be designed depending on what type of rock we are cutting

Maximum cutting width is 16 mm

A Subsoil saw and a 14 T and 22 T excavators were used to saw cut a trench .600mm deep x .200mm wide in bluestone and sandstone for Agi Line drainage

Tungsten Tip Saws

Tungsten saws are used for sawing detail , trenches, quarry blocking and bulk sawing of walls when rock strengths are rated from soft to hard

Sandstone , Shale , Limestone , Tuff , soft Bluestone are just some of the materials that these saws can cut depending on blade and pattern type

Average pattern width is around 75mm plus

Other blades available for these saws are 150mm to 200 cut for irrigation lines etc
